Do you want that little bit of extra edge to help you shed a layer of fat that you just can’t get rid of no matter how much you exercise?
Do you find that as you diet you are actually more hungry?

Do you stay away from most fat burners because you believe they’re just full of caffeine, and nothing that would actually help you to burn fat?

Most fat burners on the market are full of caffeine or other stimulants, and very little of the actual ingredients that will help you lose weight and burn fat.  Sure, the ingredients SOUND great, but when you find out the amounts they use and how much is needed to help you burn fat, you’ll see that they are ineffective at best.

How do fat burners work?

Fat Burners work in 2 ways:

     - by helping you feel full

     - by increasing your metabolic rate / thermogenesis

After a couple of days of dieting and depriving yourself of things you used to eat, your body will begin to have cravings.  Those cravings can derail your progress.  Taking a fat burner supplement with effective craving control and the ability to help you feel fuller faster, you can continue to see progress during those tough restrictive days, or on any day you want to boost your diet.  Be sure your supplement contains enough of the important ingredients to be effective, so you’re actually seeing the results you want.

Fat burners also work by increasing your metabolic rate.  This is the amount of energy your body burns throughout your day.  By increasing your metabolic rate, you can lose weight faster by burning more calories.  This works by forcing your cells to burn carbs and fat for energy.

Some fat burners use Ephedrine (also called bitter orange extract) to help support fat loss.  Unfortunately for most, ephedrine and synephrine have negative side effects, such as blood pressure increases, higher pulse rate, anxiety and cardiovascular distress. These are NOT ingredients you should accept from your fat burners!

Life Nation’s Fat Burners for Men and Women are scientifically formulated to give you the best, natural results, without causing harmful effects. We include in every capsule:

Forslean®

What is Forslean®?

Forslean® is extracted from the root of the Coleus Forskohlii plant, a member of the mint family of plants, usually found in subtropical areas such has India.  Coleus Forskohlii is used in Ayurveda, it has been used to treat hypothyroidism, allergies, asthma, eczema, psoriasis, obesity, glaucoma and for conditions associated with muscle spasm including spastic colon, hypertension, angina and bladder pain, and to reduce weight and increase lean body mass.  Coleus Forskohlii is generally considered safe, non-toxic and without any side effects at the recommended dosage. Coleus Forskohlii should not be used in the place of medication, and as with any supplement, you should check with your doctor first before using it.

How does Forslean® work?

Forslean® works by increasing cAMP levels in your body, which bind to the receptors inside the cells to produce a message to your brain to increase your body’s thermogenic response to food, increase your body’s basic metabolic rate, and increase utilization of body fat.[i]  Forslean® also leads to subsequent activation of the protein Kinase.  Kinase has been shown to activate the hormone-sensitive Lipase that is involved in the breakdown of triglycerides, known as the building blocks of fatty tissue.

Is Forslean® safe?

In 7 clinical trials with Forslean®, 250mg of Forslean® divided into two doses each day, participants lost anywhere from 4-9 pounds each after taking it for 12 weeks.  The group taking the placebos gained weight during this 12 weeks, while maintaining the same level of fitness and eating plan.  None of the participants saw an increase in blood pressure during the study. [ii]
